Uniqoe Media ("Uniqoe Media," "we," "us," or "our") operates a performance marketing agency and a reporting dashboard used to help our clients understand the performance of their advertising campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, including when that information comes from Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") via the Meta Marketing API.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to our clients, prospective clients, and their authorized representatives whose advertising accounts we manage or report on, as well as visitors to our website.

Information we collect

From Meta (via the Meta Marketing API). When a client grants Uniqoe Media access to their Meta Business Manager and ad accounts, we access:

  • Advertising performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related metrics)
  • Campaign, ad set, and ad-level structure and naming
  • Audience insight data at an aggregate level (e.g. age range, gender, platform, device — not individually identifiable people)
  • Ad creative assets and thumbnails associated with active campaigns

We do not access or store personal information about the end consumers who see or interact with our clients' ads beyond what Meta provides in aggregate, anonymized reporting form.

From other connected platforms. Where authorized by a client, we similarly access advertising and store performance data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify, for the same reporting purpose.

Directly from you. Contact details (name, email, phone number) provided when you engage us as a client, prospect, or job applicant.

How we use this information

  • To build and maintain performance reporting dashboards for the client the data belongs to
  • To advise clients on campaign strategy and optimization
  • To communicate with clients about their account performance
  • Internally, to measure our own team's performance against client targets

We do not sell Platform Data obtained from Meta. We do not use Platform Data obtained from Meta to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the advertising account it came from, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.

How we share information

  • With the client the data belongs to — that is the entire purpose of our service.
  • With service providers who help us operate (for example, cloud hosting providers, or data-integration platforms such as Windsor.ai that we use to retrieve Platform Data on our behalf) — bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations no less protective than this policy.
  • When required by law — if compelled by legal process.

We do not share Meta Platform Data with any third party for their own independent use, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to the client account it came from, in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Data retention

We retain performance data for as long as we have an active engagement with the relevant client, plus [X months/years] afterwards for historical reporting and legal/accounting purposes, unless the client requests earlier deletion (see our Data Deletion Instructions).

Data security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data in our care, including access controls limiting Platform Data access to team members who need it to serve the relevant client.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below, or via our Data Deletion Instructions page.
