No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

• You have already approved the design mockup, unless we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
• You choose to cancel the project after signing the agreements and making payment.
• The project’s delay is caused by a lack of communication from your end.

• Domain and hosting registrations are non-refundable.
